1. Switch Language and Paste Video URL
After opening YouTube Transcript Generator, first switch the interface language from the top-right corner. The provided link above will automatically use “Traditional Chinese”.
Copy and paste the YouTube video URL. After submitting, the YouTube Transcript Generator will display the results. Note that this feature only works if the video has subtitles (automatically generated English subtitles are also acceptable). Videos without subtitles will display an error message.
2. View Subtitles and Timeline
The video is imported into the YouTube Transcript Generator. The right side displays the extracted subtitles and timeline. As you play the video, segments are marked, and new subtitles load automatically via scrolling. If you don't have time to watch the entire video, browsing the subtitles directly can save you more time.
Clicking a time marker will quickly jump the video to that specific segment.
